A 500-person, family-style 8 course meal paired with various wines and music, this Fundraising Series was designed to celebrate local chefs, wine, and music all to raise money for various non-profit organizations. The Chef Tasting Series took place monthly at Premier Wine & Spirits on Limestone Road with the campaign finale hosted at The Queen Theater in Wilmington, Delaware.

Project Brief

The Chef Tasting Series was developed as an ongoing, monthly series of fundraising efforts to support local non-profits. Ryan’s conceptualization and management of the series helped it grow into a large-scale area event for the community, participants, and organizations to enjoy.

The direction of the Chef Tasting Series was developed early on. To achieve this, Ryan created a long-term marketing plan for the series in its entirety, coordinated and managed all the participating chefs, served as venue liaison, coordinator, and event director for the campaign finale event, as well as collaborated with area non-profit recipients.
