Project Brief

While working as Director of Marketing for Premier Wine & Spirits, Ryan established Movies on Tap to support and benefit the local community through an interactive tasting event. Held monthly, this event pairs local and regional breweries with cult classic movies to benefit a charity of the brewer’s choosing.

Ryan works collaboratively with Jim Miller (Out & About Magazine) and Drew Sheaffer (Penn Cinema Riverfront) to coordinate the brewery partnerships and programing schedule each month as well as managing guest registration, marketing, and charitable donations. Movies on Tap provides attendees drink samples from the participating brewery, meet-and-greet opportunities with the brewers themselves, popcorn, and a movie ticket. 100% of ticket sales is donated to the selected charity each month. The series is now in its 8th season and Ryan still coordinates the popular series with media Partner Out & About Magazine and venue, Penn Cinema.
